The PDU unit is an upper connection module + a base with feet and is a necessary part of the BYD Battery Box Premium LVS 4, LVS 8, LVS 12, LVS 16, LVS 20, LVS 24.

For example, assemble the BYD BATTERY-BOX PREMIUM LVS 8 according to the following procedure:

Two DC power cables: three options are available, 35mm, 50mm and 70mm.
