About the product

You need a basic cable smart thermostat kit if you already have a cable thermostat at home and want to replace it. The smart thermostat is connected to the boiler via a cable and to the outside world via the Bridge internet interface. This allows you to control your heating system remotely from anywhere using the tado ° mobile application.

Using your phone's Geofencing feature, it reminds you to turn off the heater when the last person leaves home and turn it on in time before the first one arrives. Geofencing, together with an advanced temperature control algorithm, can save up to 31% on heating costs.

You can add up to 25 devices and up to 100 users to tado ° Home. The basic set can be easily expanded with additional tado ° elements for individual room control, eg for underfloor heating:

How does it work?

In the mobile application, you can increase or decrease the temperature. The Internet interface (Bridge), which is connected to the Internet via a router, transmits this information wirelessly to your smart thermostatic head.

Integration into Smart home systems

You can easily integrate tado ° into your smart home. You can control it with Apple HomeKit. Use Siri, Google Assistant, or Amazon Echo to control heating with voice commands, and create IFTTT applets to connect tado ° to other applications and smart devices. tado ° can also be integrated into the eNet Smart Home system.
